SCLC Learning CenterS.

SCLC is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation.
There is aN 18-member Board of Directors THAT has adopted controlling Bylaws. 

There are ALSO policies and procedures in place.
These policies and procedures cover SEVERAL subjects, INCLUDING
THE THREE set forth below.
